today was a pathetic outin wid the clique of yester years. geri had a bad sunburn, ahha. and they all had new haircuts. sarah with new colours in her hair, and ting xi finally had her eyebrows plucked and eunice .. well, needs to pluck hers. hahaha. *grins.

volleyball to today was pretty fun despite the fact that my forearm AGAIN got the major beating that it really doesn't deserve. ha.
but it really was fun.
and my servin is really improvin!
not that it really matters in a game but its improving!
and i'm workin on those spikes...
its gettin there~you just wait and see! (:

i'm proud to say that survivin on cheddar cheese, strawberry yoghurt and crackers, and btoh satiable and healthy in a dairy way. (:
and for girls, yoghurt is pretty good for ur vagina's acidic content. take note of that.
