you noe, i just realised i become such a drag when i talk to guys.
(with the exception of calv, cause he's become a part of me i dun see him as a completely diff being) maybe u don't notice, but i just did.
i mean i always knew that i get shy and awkward.
but haf u ever noticed that i stutter, for even that slightest bit?
its for every guy i meet for that first time or any guy i treat as an acquaintance.
and for goodness sake i sometimes i dun even haf to LIKE that guy!
its really absurd i sometimes want to kick and slap myself in the head.
but alas, my foot couldn't reach my head and if i keep slappin my head real hard, i won't be able to pass my As by the end of nxt year.
sometimes it could even be guys i DO noe, treat more than just acquaintance, but just don't always talk to... and AGAIN i fail myself in the "appear cool" department.

i won't even attempt to excuse myself by sayin i've been in a girl's sch pratically my whole life, cause i was pretty active in NCC, and i DID, if i had any choice at all, interact with all sorts of guys, from the weird, to the cute, to the practically kick ass irritating kind.

of course, the only way to hide my stutter or shyness, is the practical way of shutting up.
but wad do i get for putting up that brave front?
a reputation for being dao and perhaps... antisocial?
for one thing, i am NOT anti social, just selective. and even if i wanted to SAY somethin to someone, i'd haf to decide WHAT to say cause most of the times, i'm very attuned to what LEVEL of conversation would actually interest the other party.

so u can see, my life is a hard one, if not one that is hilarious.

i can't think of a possible cause of it, so let me just leave it on this note,
that i do try to come across as friendly. (its not hard for me, its just that ppl misinterpret it, or think it comes out comically fake)
if u can't appreciate it, then help me. ( that was a desperate call by the way/:)

------------
i went to bishan library today to do art research.
that place was like a TREASURE TROVE.
it held all the information that i desperately needed, and EVERYTHIN, was on the same shelf, RIGHT BESIDE EACH OTHER!!!

the minute i saw the word "shoes" i scrambled and grabbed at the books.
it wasn't as if anyone was snatching them away from me, but it was that few seconds of complete triumphant joy when i saw them, that i just COULDN'T contain the excitement in me that i just HAD to haf them all.
i chucked a total of 7 books into my arms, 3 of which were gigantors an almost skipped to those flat benches near the shelves, following which i dumped them unceremoniously onto.
alas, i picked out only 5:

My art theme is "shoes"
if u haven't already guessed.
but for now. i'm a happy girl. so until i get over the joy and the fact that i haf to start drawin wadever i SEE in the books starts seepin into me, let me enjoy a moment of peace.

oh wait.
the fact has ALREADY seeped it.
fuck it.

i suddenly haf this soft spot for Rodney house. very sudden, very random, and it will not happen again.

very random... HAHA.
we rock la.

i take it all back.

lee dong wook and joo ji hoon are NOT my fav actors anymore.

Cho Seung Woo, is THE BEST thus far.
proving by winning Best Actor at the 2005 Grand Bell Awards. and being presented with a Best Actor award in the foreign film category of China's Hundred Flowers Awards.
His acting prowess can DEFINITELY be proven by movies like "The classic" and "Marathon"
and he's got charm. though at times i think he looks a little too old for his age (he's 26), but nonetheless, a very good actor indeed! (:

but ok ok, lee dong wook still looks hand-some. and is still my "look real good" actor.
hur hur.
i realised that i havent taken any fotos of christmas, durin the 24th and 25th the 2 nost special days of the season.

oh wells. /:

"don't you know its christmas time of year~"
i watched love actually and cried. jeez.
could i get any more emotional than that?
(even i shake my head in wonder)

both pics were christmas trees taken in korea.
and then u gotta think, why doesn't singapore haf decorations such as these.
oh right.
because we spend more money on attracting investments into our country,
to ensure the safety of economy, years YEARS AHEAD.
what happened to livin for the moment.

and i haf to complain that "girl's out loud" is possibly one of the worst series i haf chanced upon.
perhaps even worst than the one paris and nicole has.
at least PnN allows me to laugh at the stupidity of their antics and their bimboism may sometimes come across as cute.
but girl's out loud is made of matter entirely different consistin of an overload of sarcasm, wit, and girls who act chio.
so if u think abt it, it all adds up to show that famous bloggers are... sad, sorry girls, whom don't look good and therefore raise popularity for themselves on their online "diaries".
no wonder dawn yang gets the title of "the most beautiful blogger"
not because she really is pretty (which she is, we must all admit that whether we want to rip her apart, or hope to kill her with unsubstantiated rumours), but because she competes with bloggers who dwell way below average in the "i am pretty" scale.
i'm not a fan of any, but at least dawn has kept within safe zone. where if and when there is need to make any written verbal attack, she'd let her manager do that for her ( hua yi hao post card).
her blog says NOTHIN to enhance her literary prowess and prove any form of intelligence in her, but only serves to diminish the reputation of being an EX RJ student.

back to the topic on christmas.
i din bring the cam out on christmas date with calv.. *sobs hysterically
but we enjoyed food from Village at hereen.
then travelled to suntec to check some ps games
then to gelare to eat long forgotten ice cream.
and then back to cine to watch "curse of the golden flower" showing servants with squashed lower boobs, bouncing up and down.
with all that hoo ha on the appearance of flashing half boobs in the tabloids,
i'd say men these days are gettin a little too squeamish over such a small display.
i vote for a change in fashion to be as it was before. To give guys out there a real eye popper everywhere we girls go.
that way, when women wear somethin much less than the usual revealin top, nothin can be compared to painfully squashed lower boobs that add a tantalizing touch to an average A cup chested woman.

One of the best presents ( in our almost TWENTY months of BLISS together-- with no interruptions inbetween by the way) ( take THAT!),
from THE BEST MAN i noe and love.
woots! :DDDDDD

did i say i love him unconditionally?(:

liying, get over it. he's MINE. hahaha! (((:

it was the christmas gatherin at ting's place on an early day of the season on 22 dec.
nonetheless, the spirit was there (with us girls anyway).
the guys that few of us had with us, were manhandled and used as camera props.
delightfully thrifty of us. saved us the expense of high end camera stands.

potlucked our way through the night with a 90dollar turkey ( do i hear ppl say there are worse out there? cause i dun give a live fuck, cause i say that it's still darn ex)
which we din even consume fully, salad ("homemade?" koleslaw with somehow a nicer tastin sauce besides tartar), mushrooms of 2 diff kinds, ham, chicken popcorn, pasta, chips, mashed potatoes, MANGO CAKE -left over, and RAMBUTANS and LOGANS.
haha.

too bad there weren't christmas carolin, cause that would haf been stupendously fun.
so the rest were talkin... and talkin ... and TALKIN. and camwhorin. and talkin.

sometimes i really duno how we girls can live with all that yakkin but i guess that happens.
that's y "the men dun get it~" *to the tune of the DBS women's card commercial.

so it ended better than i expected. *claps hands "kimchi" style

tmr is 24th~ tmr is 24th!

MUMMY'S 51st BIRTHDAY! :DDDD
i think this last one is damn funny. Hur.

Tuesday, December 19, 2006

its been rainin, and rainin, and rainin, and rainin!

but anyway, the coldness and boredom of home has forced me to carryout long awaited homework.
namely art, 20 sketches.
out of which i've yet to complete another 15.

but alas, its sketches like this, that squeeze out wad depleting drive i haf left to do the multiple more:
i'm not sayin this out of cockiness, but hell, i din expect to do this after, wad? 3 months? of stagnancy, and not touchin anythin related to graphite and wood. this is after all first out of the FIVE that i produced within a period of 3 HOURS!
if u dun applaud, i will myself! haha

orite. calv comes back in a little over an hour.
i haven seen him since the weekend i came back frm korea. *sobs

christmas parties and gatherin!!!
oooo i can't WAIT! :DDDD

the girl in pink on the RIGHT, is the cutest, and prettiest little girl EVER!
she's so adorable, i already started missin her the day after i came back.
we call her godzilla, and she goes "raaar!"
*coos (((:
ignore the jacket and the scraggly look i have right there.
all i have to say is THIS guy, is prob the only one that is physically attractive there (korea).
with a TAN and a manliness abt him.

alright. i have a hell lot of work to do, and i haven tpuched anythin.

startin with,
ART = 20 good sketches to be completed
Lit = 25-30 quotes for ant, cleo and eno frm antong and cleopatra text
Maths = prelim papers to be completed ( i'm contemplatin the possiblity of not touchin this set at all)

and finally endin with,
studyin ALL subs for the up comin blocks.
i'll TRY to manage.
hold up the drive to succeed, TO THE END!

someone kill me before its too late
and i deplete myself completely.

oh yes, and i need cash. but 2 weeks is hardly enuff time to get a proper, honest job.
and i mean honest, cause i have considered bombin ben and jerry's for the terorrist
in hopes of attainin commission.
decided against it, cause i want someone to kill me, and not to kill myself.

i would also like to complain, on the minimal amt of shoppin i could carry out in korea. minimal to say, to the point where i could only buy accessories, and ONE dress that was the only thing i found suitable for the climate in singapore.
even then, it was made of PART wool.

i actually miss korea and the climate there.
and to think i hate cold places (i still do by the way)
but the air there was so much fresher.
the minute i stepped out of changi airport's slidin doors,
i was consumed by this suffocatin air that constituted of exhaust gases, slight haze, and minute vapour that clouded the air and created the illusion of a perectly clear night.
for a moment, all i did was gasp frantically in a desperate attempt to get enough air into my lungs to last, wad i thought were the last minutes of my life.
alas, the gods were showerin their contempt on me and decided to let me live longer than i would haf wanted.

apart from the climate, there's also the ppl and the availability of GOOD QUALITY FACIAL AND COSMETIC PRODUCTS!
indeed, they use water as one of their components instead of fuel for their foundation.
the healthier choice!
clap ur hands pls.
oh yes, did i mention ginseng?
*rollseyes
anyhow, fashion is a pretty integral part of society there, and with that comes a wide variety of choices.very wide.
u thought fareast was the best place to take note of latest fashion of every kind,
ur one hell of a delluded SOB.
singapore is only a fraction of wad could be.

ok i complained enuff for now.

i came back frm korea yest.

it was a good. so dun ask me how it was.
